Moderators on duty are allowed to walk around, and no rules that are RP related such as NLR apply to them. Though, you should try your best to avoid interfering with other RP. It seems like you were interfering with JokerMan's RP even if it was just joking around. I recommend you avoid playing around with RPing players, staff or not, next time.
