What did the Staff Member(s) do?:Tobiasmr12 warned me without any proof of me actully doing something wrong.
The story:There were 2 guys accusing me of breaking NLR.
I pumped into one of the guys trailer and knocked it over with my car he then began to shoot me and killed me.
I say alright lets go on with the day...
2Seconds later I see the same guy at spawn shooting me with his gun, I wanted to defend myself and I shot him.
Then his buddy comes and shoots me.
In the admin F1 the guy refused to listen to me when I was trying to give him the exact same story as I gave in here.
There was no proof to warn me.
Now I am not doing this to get the admin demoted, but god damnit do your job right don't abuse and listen to peoples storys second time today people have been ignorant and only looked at logs and decided by that.

Evidence:Not any needed, they needed proof of me breaking NLR which they didn't have.

If the moderator warned you without proof its indeed not valid, but with no proof we cant do anything.

As we use to say "Proof or it never happend. " Please provide some evidence atleast

Well if the admin is a decent guy he will tell you that he was not given any proof to warn me other then that is I can provide you the console log of the chat of that time
You can see the person didnt even say one word during the f1 nor into the mic.
And also I am not making this to get the warning removed I just despise Admins who abuse so I felt the need to make a thread about this.

Well unfortunately, if Tobiasmr12 actually falsely warned you, I doubt that he would own up to it; no offence to you Tobias of course. Most people wouldn't own up to it because they want to keep their rank and good reputation within the Zarp community.

Otherwise, there's not much hope for this request without strong evidence.

Anyways, hope you still have fun on the servers

Admins don't exactly need to provide proof as an admins say is final but if it is true he did not let you provide your story (which should be proved) you should be unwarned

Myself and Xdashe were the two people and I will give out side of the story.

You purposely slammed into our trailer, damaging us, that had 6 printers inside. We killed you and flipped our trailer back over. You came straight back and Milkor our trailer. We chased you down but you managed to holster before dying. The admin talked to you in voice chat and you made up 3 different stories which didn't make sense.

You raged and said "check the forums in 10 mins"

Thats your side of the story which you provided no proof of to the admin and when I tried to tell my side the admin told me "You are getting a warning for NLR since you made up 3 diffrent stories."
Now I was trying to tell him the same story I said in here.
The admin didn't want to listen to my story and just gave me a warning without any proof.

Looks like he seen you breaking new life rule he froze you and warned and unfroze you no conversation it means he might be seen you while you breaking new life rule

And if you really think a person would spell out to an admin the url the proof was provided on thats just illogical and if you read the post that Remlap posted you can see he said never said he provided proof.

You're all saying proof. Do something else than copying what everyone else has said. He has provided proof of the warn and if I remember correctly he does not have to supply proof of him apparently breaking nlr that is up to the person saying he had it.

Finally a person who sees what i am talking about and yes same here, if I remember correctly the person accusing me should of given the admin proof which he didn't and i also have the chat logs to prove it, unless you think he spelled it out to the admin over the mic i think i have plenty of proof

You Need A Piece Of Evidence

If you read the previous the thread you could see i provided proof go back and read it no need for me do repeat my self.
I provided the chat logs of him not showing any proof also from the person who made the F1 replied and his side of the story he never said he provided proof.
Go read the last threads, if you would read them you would i know i provided plenty.
