TOPIC: Demote request for Tobiasmr12

From what I can see in the chat logs, nothing was said from both parties, if you want to catch the corrupt staff you would need some valid proof that you wasn't breaking any rules. What I mean by valid proof is getting a recording software (bandicam can be good at some cases, if you have the trial you can record multiple videos up to ten minutes)

Well to be fair, I did make a big deal about Dallas warning me #420LOLS But unless your trying to become staff it doesnt really matter, and even if you are trying to be staff. One warn wont do much unless its for rdm or some thing big!

First I would like to apologise for my reply taking so long. I have been very busy with outside life and when on the server doing tonnes of F1's.

So. What happened. So after reading the f1 and listening to what the other 2 had to say it was clear to me that what they were saying was that u broke nlr and revenge rdmed them. Where ever u were on the map the console logs show that the time period between them killing u and u going back to kill them is under 3 mins. Second of all u came up with exactly 3 different stories as when u finished one and u admitted to breaking a rule in that story u changed it. 3 times. Third of all u were quite disrespectful to myself. Forth even if your story was true that they killed u at spawn then u should of left spawn and not gone back to revenge rdm.

I think you miss understood me i didn't come up with 3 diffrent stories, and i did not admit to anything yes i was disrespectful, since i despise people who warn me without any valid proof given by the accuser.
And it was not a revenge rdm, He killed me for bumping into his trailer, i die, i respawn i was moving out of spawn when i saw the same guy coming at me shooting me from his gun so i killed him.
Now i i do not need proof to this story he does he is the accuser he provides the proof otherwise anyone can make up a f1 and say "well he needs to provide proof that i didnt rdm him."
I am not sure if you read the topic correctly i explained everything in there the same way i did here maybe you understood it worng.
Try reading this or rereading the first post.
I am not making this to get you demoted i am doing this so you wont give warning or bans without proof provided.

Right first of all I don't feel like arguing with u. I had enough evidence and what I said in my post was the truth. Plus if u don't want me demoted why is the title "demote request for Tobiasmr12"??? Anything else said can be said to me over teamspeak or in game. Thanks

There are no bits of evidence on your end.
And by the looks of it, the other 2 people make it sound like you indeed did break nlr.
And even though the mod doesnt show YOU proof, he can check the logs OR ask an admin to check the logs.

Denied. Without any proof this warning seems valid and if you're admitting to being disrespectful I can only assume that there was conflict between your 'different' stories that led to it looking like it was made up. I'm sure if you kept to the story shown at the start of this topic, you would have not been warned.
