Other comments - He also RDM'd but i cannot provide evidence of this.
Reason - Insulting and being rude to admin/players & RDM ( he killed a police officer using a spas 12 at spawn in anger )
Story - Well at first he got arrested, this made him very mad, he continued to insult admins because they would not reply to his f1 and then he lost it when he died again and just rdm'd the officer in front of him.

Sorry for not using the template at first. ( I will probably stop reporting players for breaking rules since so many do it at once and i don't want to pressure you guys, but this person needs to sort his anger issues out on something other than other players/staff )

Basily he got in my car, i asked him to get out,
he ddint so i killed him,
and he broke nlr, then he got back in so i said get out,
and got out of the car, i ddint shot him and he started to shot me, so i killed him and then drove off
