Reason - Insulting and being rude to admin/players & RDM ( he killed a police officer using a spas 12 at spawn in anger )
Story - Well at first he got arrested, this made him very mad, he continued to insult admins because they would not reply to his f1 and then he lost it when he died again and just rdm'd the officer in front of him.
