Reason - As a swat sniper he was protecting his friends who were doing printing by standing in our way and stopping us, even attempting to RDM my mate.
Story - There was a base in the hospital owned by the Scottie012 who is in the gang "Les Apaches" which Rei was also in. They had a prop maze which was a very thin corridor, it could only fit one person down at a time. Rei (The Swat Sniper) decided to stand in that corridor and not let anyone pass, I scanned repeated times and everyone came up that they were doing illegal activity (Printing) I asked him to move but he replied no. He then said that it had been cleared which it hadn't due to the scan. I kept asking him to move and he wouldn't do so, he said as swat he had a higer rank over SAS and can tell me what to do. I agree with this but he can't abuse this to defend his gangs base. After asking him time and time again his friends got back and killed me. I later returned to find him no longer a swat but again basing there as a theif... I tried to get a screen shot of that but had no luck as he killed me twice and i didn't want to break NLR.
Proof - I have a small part of it on video, which i have uploaded to youtube - It's not much evidence but it's all i got at the time.

I must say, rei wasn't even online at 9 pm, as I found out after getting back from my 3 hour afk, also, just because we are in the same gang doesn't mean we are friends or even allies as you are suggesting. I believe rei wished to base here once again rather than raid the base he was to join, I do not agree with a ban but more of a verbal warning or job ban, seems more suiting.

So what this shows is that he was using the swat job for the guns to assist your illegal activities. Quite a bit of failrp.

Will issue a 3 hour ban seeming as he is not even on the server at the time I read this. When he wakes up he will most likely be unbanned. Only doing this because it will not go unpunished. Should have reported this using the F1 system ingame.
