I must say, rei wasn't even online at 9 pm, as I found out after getting back from my 3 hour afk, also, just because we are in the same gang doesn't mean we are friends or even allies as you are suggesting. I believe rei wished to base here once again rather than raid the base he was to join, I do not agree with a ban but more of a verbal warning or job ban, seems more suiting.
