TOPIC: [Demote Request] Luxor

What did the Staff Member(s) do?:
well i was a bankers guard and i was with a banker and then an explosion happened, next to us and nothing happened so we continued with our bank, then another one happened and it destroyed 1 or 2 props so i pasted the base again. and then Luxor walks through with a gun and because i had a kos sign i tried to kill him but he killed me, when i respawn he warns me for pasting my base again during raid, but i didnt know he was raiding, i assumed it was just another explosion. Then i was waiting out my NLR and he warns me again for an illegal base, when admins in the past have already checked the base out and it is fine ( and he does all this without even talking to me) and i get kicked for being warned to often...
I rejoin back on the game and go to where my base was he kills me and i try to talk to him but he doesnt acknowledge me so i swear (which i except the warn for) but then i get banned! and he doesnt even talk to me why i have done this or that!

I see no problem with this honestly.
He raided you and you repasted your base.
Then you had something illegal in it ( too many fading doors, non-transparent safes etc) and he warned you for it.
Then you sweared at him.

He had all rights to warn you.

Edit: I think he should've talked to you and explain what you did wrong but still he had all rights to do so.

Thank you Nexize, Yes, I found 1 fading door with 1 keypad, and another 1 that was stacked... I thougt the one with one keypad was just a mistake when I later saw your base is unraidable due to Stacked fading doors... And when I told you about it youj just said "YOU ARE LYING ITS LEGAL" than swore at me after I warned you for breaking rules.

I agree with nexize about his edit he should've talked to you instead of going right off the bat and warning you TWICE for an illegal base wich is unfair to you and i think that you shouldn't been warned twice for something you hadn't changed. He has told me that you had 1 keypad with 1 fading door and the others were stacked fading doors which you had on the other side of the bank which i think was illegal when it wasn't, because you had the fading doors apart(i've seen it in spectating mode)and i'm not sure if you had keypads for those doors.

Luxor is getting out of hand and getting mad and putting rage into server 1 just for his denial on his admin app which is unacceptable (in my opinion) and should be talked to and demoted from his rank. I've also caught him use his power to tp to the front of a base 6-7 feet away which he raided and warned the user for rebuilding, and then continued to raid the base as it is.(i did not catch it on my recording software)
Therefor he should be talked to.

This is saying that you already broke a rule Beachwhale. Should be there a raid or not, if a prop or two gets destroyed, you must wait a minimum of 5 mins to re-paste the base, not instantly, explosions don't come randomly at you. You should assume you are being raided.

This is on my opinion Luxor's mistake as he should've talked to you about the illegal base features, rather than instantly warning, but also on your behalf, you should list out which admins approved the base, so you can solidify your claims.

He is an old active player and he should know better, also he is a known rulebreaker... I saw no reason to talk to him, he is not a new player!

i agree with glacial with the rage on server 1 i had an f1 about him rdming someone and i asked him to tp to me but i got rdmed and then he tped and i said w8 a sec i need to warn this guy who rdmed me and then started being rude to me by saying and you got admin -__- and all of that sort,then he finnaly tped after 3 mins of complaining and then he said 1 thing i was raiding the bank so i killed you tped the person to spawn told me to mark as finished and tped away.

1) I prop blocked a door but there no entities behind it - which is allowed
2) I had a keypad on a prop but only on one side because there was another way to get in - which is allowed
3) They were not fully stacked fading doors and they both opened with the same keypad i had to do it as it was sticking up in the above rooms - surely this is allowed?

Plus one of the admins ( I think it was Fen... something i cant remember his name but it starts like that i think) he looked at my base and the only thing he said was that im not allowed invisible props so i ammended it...

And if Luxor did find something wrong with my base at least point it out to me instead of just warning straight on...

I was online when all this happened. You were raging and I feel it was not correct to double warn him and not go talk to him about it and explain the situation at hand. Luxor you should not let your feelings get the better of you. You are a very hard working moderator and I feel that something ticked you off this morning. I really hope things can resume back to normal but your anger and rage this morning should never get in the way of you duty as a staff member. I am afraid I am with Glacial on this one Lux.

Thanks for taking the time to create a demote request,
Myself or another member of the Lead Team will definitely speak to Luxor about the incident and find out his side of the story.
I will Edit my post with the outcome as soon as this has been dealt with I would also recommend that you take the time to reread the rules so that you are more familiar with them so that incidents like this don't arise again.

Okay Luxor has done it again I was sorting out my base cuz Luxor tpd to me and said he was checking i told him to get an admin and the admin came i sorted everything out and luxor said read rule 4.1, tho the ammendments had already been ammended and he warned me after i ammended everything then i said that the f1 was over and that i had a kos and i killed him, he warned me again and i got kicked and lost all my printers and everything...
I would really lke you to rethink your decision about not demoting him.

You are massively disrespecting him and had an illegal base.
I dont see a problem with it and this should be denied.

i made the base ages ago and the admin helped me sort it out then he warned me once the admin had left

Luxor has finally got me banned
I really want Luxor demoted as i think he abuses his power he finally succeeded in getting me banned for doing nothing at all

Luxor did not get you banned, you did that yourself. I cannot ban you, you were banned by admins, which agreed with me that your behavior is UNACCEPTABLE.
