I see no problem with this honestly.
He raided you and you repasted your base.
Then you had something illegal in it ( too many fading doors, non-transparent safes etc) and he warned you for it.
Then you sweared at him.

He had all rights to warn you.

Edit: I think he should've talked to you and explain what you did wrong but still he had all rights to do so.
