I believe a ban/demotion is a bit too much. He should be given a warning for FailRP. Slaying yourself using your powers is not an exploit, its abuse of powers, you can't use the kill command in the console when you are a hitman.

Are you sure, if you cant then its even more abusive D: , I will test it
