Well from what I understood from this video, he took the hit from himself as a Hitman(FailRP), and abused his powers, since you can't kill yourself as a hitman, and he used slay to kill himself, this is demotion worthy, but not perma ban worthy.

I'd like to hear what cardstarvipe has to say about this, because he broke a very simple rule, and abused.
