TOPIC: [DENIED] Moderator Ticket

Reason - Refusal to help a player
Story - I bought an M4 shipment at a gun store, then I die and try to buy a singular M4 from STEAM_0:0:44127940
(SN4K3) and he just kills me and shoot me in the face. I call for a staff member to help me with /adminhelp @admin and even OOC and he doesn't even reply, until I threaten to file a ticket against him. I come back to the gun dealer and ask him why I was killed (after 5 minutes) previously and he says "buy something or get out" then I say "Okay, I want buy and M4" then he shoots and kills me again. Once again, I ask on all 3 ways even Private Messaging and he says he can't do anything. That's ridiculous.
Proof - I am going to upload my screenshots in the replies as I took the screenshos with F5.

Other comment - He says he can't do anything about RDM/NLR. Why is he a mod, then?

A) Mods don't have full admin powers, and if he didn't see the situation he can't really do anything except for a possible warning on the other player if they admit they did something wrong. Seeing X killed Y in console doesn't get you far as it doesn't show mic or your actions.
If you put half the effort into recording a demo or even some screenshots of the RDM itself that you put into threatening the mod and screenshooting his replies, you could have already had it up here and possibly had a decision made.
C) A mod is not your bitch. If they are busy with something else you have to wait your turn. Don't threaten a mod because you're not satisfied.
D) The only thing that a mod can see is the OOC call out, so yeah you may have been calling for awhile but it wasn't getting anywhere.

+Support he wouldn't do anything about the massive amount of rulebreakers online.

1) He witnessed the entire thing
2) He didn't even teleport to me or ask me anything
3) I'd asked him several times and he did absolutely nothing, I was asking any mod to help as well, and they all ignored me

This emil guy has always been on my radar. But for now there is no proof so there is not really much we can do

If i see some proof then i will take action right away, he has already gotten a warning losing his mod if he wont to it proper.
