A) Mods don't have full admin powers, and if he didn't see the situation he can't really do anything except for a possible warning on the other player if they admit they did something wrong. Seeing X killed Y in console doesn't get you far as it doesn't show mic or your actions.
If you put half the effort into recording a demo or even some screenshots of the RDM itself that you put into threatening the mod and screenshooting his replies, you could have already had it up here and possibly had a decision made.
C) A mod is not your bitch. If they are busy with something else you have to wait your turn. Don't threaten a mod because you're not satisfied.
D) The only thing that a mod can see is the OOC call out, so yeah you may have been calling for awhile but it wasn't getting anywhere.
