Reason - The person made multiple RDM's a moderator (DrugButts) kicked him 3 times with about 9 warnings for RDM and he also made prop-block at spawn and was building big items on the road.
Story - I was standing still and was shot for no reason by Slender who had a heavy weapon as a priest and he killed be when I submitted a report (using F1) he was kicked for another RDM. He also fail-rp'd.

Time and date (CET) - 8th January 2014 at around 19:20/40pm (GMT)

Other comment - Even 2 moderators complained about his behaviour and he keeps spawning random dupes and causing a big pain on the server many other players will agree.

Before anyone can even do something, you'll have to take a picture of the logs, and get some actual proof.

It still dosen't proove his steamID ingame. The steamID you wrote could be anyone. Even my steamID (I highly doubt it though), and one propblock is also not enough. I know i've talked with you guys on Teamspeak, and some of the admins is saying they warned him all in all like 20 times now, but you should dig deeper down, and get all the proof in one message.

This is still not enough.

Propblocking isnt reason for ban, this is warnable. As Optec said there is no SteamID Proof, witch is required.

Even there is no proofs of RDM. You are not allowed to write logs ( Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V ) like this :

You need screenshot of logs/Steam ID/Proofs.

I think this will be denied, upper ranks will decide about it.
