Reason - The person made multiple RDM's a moderator (DrugButts) kicked him 3 times with about 9 warnings for RDM and he also made prop-block at spawn and was building big items on the road.
Story - I was standing still and was shot for no reason by Slender who had a heavy weapon as a priest and he killed be when I submitted a report (using F1) he was kicked for another RDM. He also fail-rp'd.
