Abuse, Kicking player without proof.

Story
Someone told me that Barrack Obama rdm'd. I went to them and talked to them. None of them had proof, and Barrack Obama was AFK, so I couldn't talk to him. 2 minutes later, [ZARP][ -UN-] Gregory TW!X kick's the guy, which immediately makes me think that he kicked the guy without proof, because the guys that I spoke to didn't have any. He tells me that he got the proof from another player. I go and talk to this player, and he tells me that he hadn't shown the proof to him, because it was still uploading to youtube. So I confront [ZARP][ -UN-] Gregory TW!X with this. You will see his excuse in the pictures below.

Really shitty excuse, but no justification of why the kick was random.

To be honest the guy you went to, and talked with could be lying aswell, but when gregory starts making such an excuse he's just making it worse.

But also gregory is trying to do whatever he can to be a good moderator.

Beagle i talked with you. I can explain this whole situation. When i am playing on ZARP my brother always watching me playing. I always dont let him to play this game ... And that was this situation. I went to dinner and he told to mine mother that he isnt hungry. When i camed back i saw chaos done by him. I explained this situation to Beagle. At the end i just talked to brother and he said that he want to be like me, he want to be moderator. I know that he did wrong, but please dont demote me from Moderator rank ! I love this server and i love to help people, but this stupid brother .... Please understand this.

I can add that he is "into" Garrys Mod. He is watching movies on YT, reading forum about commands, gamemodes etc. Thats why he know what is RDM or AFK.

I don't want to sound negative, but I could easily shove off all the mistakes I did and blame my little brothers for doing it. It's not very believable, but if your brother really wants to be like you, make him pay 10 bucks so he can buy Garry's Mod himself.

I'm not saying I don't believe you, I'm just saying that I heard that excuse quite a lot.

Okay so for us being both mods, that makes us a great team. I never saw him do something wrong, if he doesnt know something, he asks. Just seing it as a one-time mistake that happens to everyone, hell, it happened to me in a GTA RP Server where i got permanently banned, because my sister (11) shot everyone, and everything. I dont believe that something like this will happen to often. He has to watch his brother, that he doesnt get into trouble. But i think many people know, that this is not so easy, as it seems to be. Just dont let a good mod just vanish. He does the best he can, every day!

What gregory just said incriminated himself. Your account, your security. If I can recall that's a 2 or 3 warning score.

I can add that this is mine first Moderator mistake. I can promise you that this will not happen again.

The security of your account/session are solely your responsibility, not anyone else's. If you read the new job rules, you'll notice that you're not supposed to AFK in the MOD job.

Regardless, the action came from you - and it was an unjust kick.
