Okay so for us being both mods, that makes us a great team. I never saw him do something wrong, if he doesnt know something, he asks. Just seing it as a one-time mistake that happens to everyone, hell, it happened to me in a GTA RP Server where i got permanently banned, because my sister (11) shot everyone, and everything. I dont believe that something like this will happen to often. He has to watch his brother, that he doesnt get into trouble. But i think many people know, that this is not so easy, as it seems to be. Just dont let a good mod just vanish. He does the best he can, every day!
