As you can clearly see, it's not in the street where it could obstruct someone. It was on the extended area outside the building, not on the pathway. I and many others don't really see how this base could cause any kind of obstruction, but of course...Noxer does.

I would like this to be discussed with others too as it seems the base isn't allowed only when Noxer is on the server...

So the garden in front of my house is the street? NO, it's a part of the house.

The only time there's an issue with that base, is when you're online.
