As you can clearly see, it's not in the street where it could obstruct someone. It was on the extended area outside the building, not on the pathway. I and many others don't really see how this base could cause any kind of obstruction, but of course...Noxer does.

I would like this to be discussed with others too as it seems the base isn't allowed only when Noxer is on the server...
