so a city event to start and as usual skiper continues to target me each time and for the first clip we don't see it but it's beautiful and good him who kills me (logs can confirm this fact) then for the second clip where we see him very clearly skipper blocking his bus in front of the spawn to prevent me from passing and just after kills me for no valid reason because he purposely blocked my bus to claim later that it is a valid reason when he is the one who provoked this and even more after that he continues to provoke me like he did not learn the lesson and continues to break rules while denying the facts and moreover provoking me as if it was not annoying enough to be annoyed by a person who doesn't care about breaking the rules and has had too many second chances etc.

I personally see 0 evidence that skiper did something wrong. Clearly you dont have enough proof to make the first report for rdm and then the second report for rdm isnt valid because skiper was trying to clear the zone so he can start a zone cap.
