so this person broke 3 rules at this "town event" just to not let me win this event to harass me challenging the fact that I'm harassing him when he's the one doing it

Hello Sinz After speaking with Evilstewie, he informed me that he had already handled this situation ingame, as well as giving Skiper a verbal warning to stop breaking rules and to leave you alone. I wouldn't recommend remaking handled reports simply because the person did not receive the punishment you wanted.
