Name - What is the accused person's name? Elmer J Frap

STEAM-ID - What is the accused person's STEAM-ID? N/A

Reason - What rules did the person break? Mod abusing(Freezing, Slaying, goto), Nlr breaking, rping as MoD, Disrespecting me.

Story - What happened? I was on a raid trip with daspflanze. we raided elmer and when i killed him he returned back so i shot him again, then he used goto and i shot him again, he again used goto and froze me and my friend so we was unable to raid him, after that he made himself MoD and sayd he isnt rping, after that he tp me out of his house and slayd my friend without any reason, i went back in his house and saw how a hobo was at his printers and he (still on MoD) got killed by the hobo, he used goto again to the hobo and he tried to destroy his printers. In my eyes hes unable to be a mod and its not the first time i saw him abusing but for the other stuff i got no proof. i hope he gets demoted!

Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened.

The exact same problem happened to me right outside his house before he built it....
I murdered him outside his house because he had a hit on his head.... 5 seconds later he TP'd to me..... He just ignored the fact I killed him and walked into the house and started to buy the doors....
I followed him letting him know he just broke NLR....
After 2-3 minutes of letting him know he warned me twice for "Raiding as hitman".He also kept tp'ing me outside his house....He then warned me for the 3rd time for letting people know in the chat that he broke nlr..... which got me kicked..
I joined back and started a demotion for all the rules he broke.... as usual he warned me and i got banned for 20 minutes...
This is the second time this has happened....

This could have been a easy enter and exit clear props sell doors, but he made it stupidly long - inlcuding the fact that all the loot is there in the picture untouched. I did not mean for any this to happen all I wanted to do was sell my doors and delete my props to allow his "raid" to continue, I froze him to say what I was doing but he continued to go "ABUSE ABUSE ABUSE" in chat as I said unreasonable.

Screenshots I have not inverted with the valuable items, I only touched my props and my doors as I was mod on duty - I can return to sell my props and doors.

elmer, this pics show absolutly how u abuse ur powers, u wasnt MoD when u tp to me all the time we can see that on the pics u still was bmd, and the second thing u never said that u wanted to delete them we can see that on the console log too, and if u wanted to remove them why u dont removed it from a other place u dont have to come back and break nlr maybe 3-4 times u can go to ur utilities in the Q menu and delete ur props from everywhere and u can sell ur doors from everywhere too! and then u collected the money from the printers as MoD and got shot by the hobo guy for me this is clearly mod abusing and u shouldnt be a mod if u cant handle ur powers, u really should play fair otherwise please go to a other server u can do there whatever u want

If anyone should be demoted, it should be Diego. He breaks so many rules and doesn't really help out as a moderator.
