The exact same problem happened to me right outside his house before he built it....
I murdered him outside his house because he had a hit on his head.... 5 seconds later he TP'd to me..... He just ignored the fact I killed him and walked into the house and started to buy the doors....
I followed him letting him know he just broke NLR....
After 2-3 minutes of letting him know he warned me twice for "Raiding as hitman".He also kept tp'ing me outside his house....He then warned me for the 3rd time for letting people know in the chat that he broke nlr..... which got me kicked..
I joined back and started a demotion for all the rules he broke.... as usual he warned me and i got banned for 20 minutes...
This is the second time this has happened....

He DESERVES a demotion
