i then got chat muted, and voice muted twice leading me to be kicked off the server!

Onion was not racist, the fact that these guys are pushing so hard for this punishment just proves it.

Xnator, why were you afraid of punishing Onion if you are the one who heard it? Seems to me that you want to avoid the backlash.

Joshua, your attitude fucking stinks. You have clearly shown incapability of performing staff duties, how the hell are you a Head Admin with the way you were dealing with Onion's dispute in the DM's is beyond me.

You are literally taught in training to approach the user and explain why they're being punished, instead you're both just hiding as per in spacers and DM's not willing to fix the situation with Onion.

This is something I consistently see in ZARP and there is a huge disconnect between users and higher staff members, people who are meant to actually be helping instead of sending the most unfunniest shit I have ever seen.

Quit upsetting the poor guy by saying he's racist because he wasn't and you guys are being absolute jackasses about it by making such serious accusations.

I highly doubt something will truly be done about this and this will come no shocker to anyone, it just truly shows how staff treats its former staff (the people who poured thousands of hours into staffing) and users). No respect towards anyone. For example, this screenshot shows how piss poor the attitude of one of our current community owners is to its users creating a reasonable suggestion.
