You are literally taught in training to approach the user and explain why they're being punished, instead you're both just hiding as per in spacers and DM's not willing to fix the situation with Onion.

This is something I consistently see in ZARP and there is a huge disconnect between users and higher staff members, people who are meant to actually be helping instead of sending the most unfunniest shit I have ever seen.
