I walked up to you, walked away from my pc and when i came back the nuke was already going and there were 5 cops (not including me) when i switched

wouldn't it be considered abuse if 2 of my gang members went cop to start a nuke then 4 players switch to cop to raid but the initial 2 swapped back to gangster to defend? as there were more than 5 when they switched off?
