wouldn't it be considered abuse if 2 of my gang members went cop to start a nuke then 4 players switch to cop to raid but the initial 2 swapped back to gangster to defend? as there were more than 5 when they switched off?

this is also wrong (as you always are) you need at least 5 cops to switch to gangster if there is a nuke.
