Reason - What rules did the person break?
He Abused !goto and !bring all the time. He also killed his friend and brought him back all the time. And Random slayed a innocent guy 2 times.

Story - What happened?
It's a long story. But it started when i saw him do !goto and !bring all the time in the chat. So i just began to spectate him. And he abused those commands alot. He was not even trying to hide it. So i just spectated and printed screenshots for a really long time. He also random slayed a person 2 times. For no Reason. In my opinion this guy should get Demoted immedatly.

As it appears to me in the screenshots- Julian has some strange fetish with Tim.
Whatever buisness they have, there's no need to teleport someone that much. If Julian really needs to get something done, why doesn't he become Mod on Duty?
