Reason - What rules did the person break?
He Abused !goto and !bring all the time. He also killed his friend and brought him back all the time. And Random slayed a innocent guy 2 times.

Story - What happened?
It's a long story. But it started when i saw him do !goto and !bring all the time in the chat. So i just began to spectate him. And he abused those commands alot. He was not even trying to hide it. So i just spectated and printed screenshots for a really long time. He also random slayed a person 2 times. For no Reason. In my opinion this guy should get Demoted immedatly.
