What Did The Staff Member(s) do?: Unfairly removal of posts and hypocrisy

Story: So I responded on Joshua's Head Admin app with a cheeky joke about how he sounded like the best former president Donald J Trump, no malice behind it but I thought it was a chuckle that everyone could enjoy if you like or hate him. After this I went to reply to Xnator, In his post he made 2 points. Firstly was how Josh was a good super admin with events and secondly he called Nafe a bitch. I responded to both parts of his post, first one was without hatred it was a simple question of apart from events what has Josh done that he could do better with head admin as I actually wanted to know. I then went on to explain how calling someone a bitch is offensive and quoted the discrimination policy. So after I made my posts I went onto ssrp and found out it had been removed so I asked xnator why and he told me msg cm team or make a report (hence this is being made) on top of this he told me in ooc "contributions must be constructive and polite, not mean-spirited or contributed with the intention of causing trouble" and then ignored me. I think this really highlights his changed stance on rules, by calling someone a bitch he was NOT being polite, he WAS being mean-spirited and had the intention to cause trouble. That's why I called it out only to find out me calling out his TOU break was a TOU break. Very unprofessional from an owner. You can see everything said in my evidence. Also as a community owner shouldn't you be setting the example? I think a big spike of people being called a bitch will rise now that the owner has done it, it makes it okay.

Ah I see my post in my post was edited out, like I asked xnator which part was causing the issue, You never give reason other than some stupid copy paste and then ignore people. Which has been seen time and time again, even the worst ex cm zarp had would have the guts to give reason and respond. Oh I completely agree, seems like people have viewed this as I dislike the word bitch by calling me one thinking it actually bothers me, I've had people say they are gonna rape my sister, kill my parents and stomp on my pets. The thing I dislike is how Xnator can use a term that would be classed as offensive to some and remove someone criticizing it but when someone says something that could be classed as offensive that he just so happens to dislike he has a hissy fit. That's the entire point of the report not the fact I have a problem with the word bitch. Maybe I should suggest zarp as a whole makes a whole list of words that can and can't be said so we have clarity
