Story: So I responded on Joshua's Head Admin app with a cheeky joke about how he sounded like the best former president Donald J Trump, no malice behind it but I thought it was a chuckle that everyone could enjoy if you like or hate him. After this I went to reply to Xnator, In his post he made 2 points. Firstly was how Josh was a good super admin with events and secondly he called Nafe a bitch. I responded to both parts of his post, first one was without hatred it was a simple question of apart from events what has Josh done that he could do better with head admin as I actually wanted to know. I then went on to explain how calling someone a bitch is offensive and quoted the discrimination policy. So after I made my posts I went onto ssrp and found out it had been removed so I asked xnator why and he told me msg cm team or make a report (hence this is being made) on top of this he told me in ooc "contributions must be constructive and polite, not mean-spirited or contributed with the intention of causing trouble" and then ignored me. I think this really highlights his changed stance on rules, by calling someone a bitch he was NOT being polite, he WAS being mean-spirited and had the intention to cause trouble. That's why I called it out only to find out me calling out his TOU break was a TOU break. Very unprofessional from an owner. You can see everything said in my evidence. Also as a community owner shouldn't you be setting the example? I think a big spike of people being called a bitch will rise now that the owner has done it, it makes it okay.
