Story - I started watching Joshua over the Police Heli for awhile and he wasn't doing much, I left and checked later and he told me to stop watching him on the Heli because I was "interrupting his staff duties". I wasn't bothering anyone and he was doing anything related to staff duties he was just noclipping around the map and I said something like, "I'm not doing anything". Then Melraik decides to invite himself to the conversation by mocking me and saying "iM nOt DoInG aNyThInG" and I asked him why he was mocking me because he had literally nothing to do with the situation and he started talking about how I was only on the server to cause "a reaction" or something out of people. While I was talking to Melraik, Joshua had threatened me with a kick for using the Heli on him and I was typing to Melraik when he put me in the kick screen, took me out of it, then warned me. I'm not sure why I would get warned for using the Police Heli when my rapsheet is clean as can be and the last time I was punished was like 2017... Also I'm not sure why Melraik thought he was relevant in the situation and why he was mocking me for no reason...

Oh and one more thing, I wasn't even going to report him for such a small thing but now I want to because he seriously does not know how to staff.

I had an F1 made for awhile then I changed it to "REMOVE" and Joshua handled it instantly and finished it, tallying another F1 done for his week because for some reason he was that desperate for 1 F1.

Extra Information - I still don't think a kick/warn was necessary for me using the Police Helicopter. Also I don't know how the hell I was "disturbing staff duites" by watching him over the Police Helicopter. There were no sits happening and nothing calling for staff duties. I asked him what he was doing that I was affecting and he said he was doing nothing because I was watching him. Also Im going to appeal the punishment as it was insanely out of pocket.

I've read your report and talked to you and everyone else involved in this situation. The PD helicopter is meant to be used to locate criminals while they are running away from cops, illegally basing, defending a nuclear launch or committing other crimes. Spectating staff members while they are on duty (in this case cloaked and no-clipping around the map) using the PD helicopter gives you as a player an unfair advantage over other players in RP. Joshua was in the right when he asked you to stop using the PD helicopter on him and you should have complied. Even though this particular situation is not specifically outlined in our server rules, you are still expected to comply when a staff member tells you off multiple times, as outlined in the "Staff's Word is Final" section of our rules. Given the fact that you've been reasonable and understanding when I talked to you on discord about this report, Joshua and I have decided to remove the warning you've received off your rap sheet. Melraik shouldn't have interfered and should have been less provocative. I've spoken to him and I'm sure he's gonna learn from this mistake. In my opinion, there is no need to take further action against the staff members.
