I've read your report and talked to you and everyone else involved in this situation. The PD helicopter is meant to be used to locate criminals while they are running away from cops, illegally basing, defending a nuclear launch or committing other crimes. Spectating staff members while they are on duty (in this case cloaked and no-clipping around the map) using the PD helicopter gives you as a player an unfair advantage over other players in RP. Joshua was in the right when he asked you to stop using the PD helicopter on him and you should have complied. Even though this particular situation is not specifically outlined in our server rules, you are still expected to comply when a staff member tells you off multiple times, as outlined in the "Staff's Word is Final" section of our rules. Given the fact that you've been reasonable and understanding when I talked to you on discord about this report, Joshua and I have decided to remove the warning you've received off your rap sheet. Melraik shouldn't have interfered and should have been less provocative. I've spoken to him and I'm sure he's gonna learn from this mistake. In my opinion, there is no need to take further action against the staff members.
