TOPIC: [TTT] SenorSourMilk Report Abuse

What did the Staff Member(s) do?: False warning, this staff member does not know the rules.

What server(s) was this on?: on TTT

Evidence:
I killed 'trashconductor'(innocent) because he killed 'jam'(innocent).
'trashconductor' reports me for rdm, I respond 'you killed jam'
SenorSourMilk asks me irrelevant questions in report chat and warns me falsly.

Proof of warning: is in the report chat/damage logs, i would love to upload pic of damage logs as attachment but apparently 266kB is too big.

Did you ask why trash killed jam? He may have had a valid reason to kill Jam and you atmre required to ask.

Killing an innocent isn’t kosable unless they didn’t I’d or it said on the body that the last words were “kos -name-“ etc
Edit- you have to ask why they killed them first and if the response is invalid/ he doesn’t respond

Did senormilk ask you why he killed you?

What what are these irrelevant questions then?

Senor is not the BEST when it comes to staff-ing but in this situation he isnt wrong 1 bit .

I can also assure you that asking if you asked TrashConductor why he killed jam is not an irrelevant question as well as the many times within the chat you repeatdly dodged this question, your response to this question after 3 separate times of asking was along these lines (Not an exact quote) "I shouldnt have to ask as i didnt have to guess" (Not exact quote)

I said that Jam had shot TrashConductor twice before he shot was shot back and killed, you then replied with "Whats that got to do with anything??!"
If you actually questioned why Trash killed an inno then you would of found out that Trash had a valid reason for doing so and that was self defense as he was shot first, twice infact.

Both Trash and Jam were innocent btw.

You also said this "False warning, this staff member does not know the rules." I can assure you that I had read the rules and often do re-read them, even asking other staff for their understanding of such rules.
You did not know or did not care about the rule where you must ask for justification of a kill unless the corpse was unID'ed as you shot down Trash before even asking why he killed Jam.
Also Trash ID'ed the corpse of Jam.

You dont know the rules more than the staff mate. also trash talking is never the best thing to do when appealing .
