What Did The Staff Member(s) do?:Mishandled a very basic report ABUSING the " Staff's Word Is Final " . Also handling 2 reports at the same time.

You are acting like a complete and utter child in this situation. How is this demote worthy? You're accusing someone of harassment who clearly is not harassing you in any way shape or form. I really don't see what you're trying to get at

Very confused as to why you think him handling 2 reports at the same time is a bad thing. He opened the chat with you and Hiro to get more information then went to autoslay someone for RDM, whats the issue here? He didn't abandon your report chat or anything.

Ross literally did nothing wrong.

Ross did nothing wrong in this situation, it was up to him to punish Hiro or not. As the PR just got denied I'd say you have no grounds to want him demoted. He simply did his job and he can handle as many reports as he wants to. Clearly because the punishment didn't go your way you want him demoted for it.

this report is completely unnecessary just as the previous one was, Ross did nothing wrong and you seem to be making serious allegations for things you have no idea about. for example i remember when you said i was harassing you by "targeting you in t rounds"
