Hello Fierceowl, after looking at this demote request I see no reason for Ross to receive any form of punishment or even a talking to. He did his job fine. Hiro was not harassing you at all, had he kept saying negative things towards you it would have been harassment but he did not. From the evidence here it seems to have been handled properly, I see no instance of him mishandling either of these reports. From what you have posted, there is no evidence of him abusing the "staffs word is final", and him handling two reports at the same time is entirely allowed and not an issue at all as he didn't abandon your report or report chat.

its not up to ross to say whats offensive and whats not wdym ALSO whatever u sent Hiro doesnt make any sense and wont affect this
