What Did The Staff Member(s) do?: RDMed me also lied about shooting the DM from suburbs

Story There was a nuke in the warehouse district it was a district base I was going to raid the nuclear strike but before I started my raid I equipped my jet suit and went to weapon check every gangster I saw outside I finished weapon checking the gangsters then I went in the tunnel and started mini 2.0ing the district to attempt and kill someone that was nuking in the warehouse district. Behind me, there were 2 gold EDFs() and 1 normal EDF that were raiding with me, I was getting low in my jet and I started backing up to de equip my jet but as soon I was going to de equip my jet I get dark mattered by a cop which was Richard, later when I asked him why he killed me he said he just shot it from suburbs, but afterward when I asked him why he shot it from subs he denied even saying that he shot from suburbs

Evidence:

really think richard shouldve refunded atleast half of what he caused cuz he couldve been careful and not ripped it

but regardless

I'll have to ask for proof of me saying I shot it from the suburbs - Thank you very much.

The story from my point of view:

As mentioned earlier - there was a gang defending a nuclear equipment in the warehouse district, as a SWAT member I attempted to break their forces, as they were using suits I decided to use the Dark Matter Gun, this gun was not seen shot in the video, it was shot from the fountain district near the suburbs tunnel as I claimed it was and as you can see in this picture (The Red Marked Square Location)



I did not notice ||||||||||||||| with his jet suit as he was not in the tunnel - as you can see in the video probably flying near / above it.
the ball from the gun was shot and by crossfire killed |||||||||||, I was shocked to see I killed a Jet Suit in the chat, and asked whos was it, as I was being talked down onto for RDM by intention of ripping a suit (The first time ever), Called a "bitch" in a trade and having calims of me saying I shot it from the suburbs I decided not to refund ||||||||||||.

If this is deemed RDM I will resign from my Moderator Rank, I did not break a rule intentually for a long time now, and I do not deem myself fit to be a Moderator if I indeed rdmd this player.
