Looking over this report and gaining Richards point of view it is technically crossfire in which is not an accuse to kill a user on the server. Richard clearly never knew nor ever had the intention to rip your suit. From when I spoke to Richard and gathering his point of view he was only trying to raid the nuke and try is best to effect the players who are currently defending the nuke it jet suits etc. There is no way Richard could of knew where you were going to be standing or moving around while raiding the nuke. The travel time on the dark matter orb/ball is extremely slow, which makes it impossible for him to tell the time and location to where you where. Richard will not be punished, warned or demoted in any way for this.
