What Did The Staff Member(s) do?: So I have been playing TTT alot today and I have noticed that Bampot is either a T or a Detective and never an innocent. I however never killed, because I saw he was not a detective. I always waited for him to a T action. Apparently Bampot does not like to be called out on this admin abuse and does not like it when I kill him for acting like a T and banned me 2 minutes ago.

Here is what happened: There were 4 people in the nether: Bampot on the island on the left back with another guy and me and another dude next to me. There are 2 bodies on the island bampot and the guy are standing on and they only check the bodies after we walk into the nether. I recently left the nether and came back in and I saw that no one had gone into the nether while I was out of the Nether. So these 2 dead bodies must have been caused by Bampot and his T buddy. I did not start to shoot because I wanted to wait it out. Maybe there was some mistake, But then the guy that is with bampot on the island starts shooting at us. However, Bampot doesnt do anything and stands around instead of killing the guy. So I kill Bampot and the guy with the dude that is with me. Turns out they are both T.

After this Bampot reports me and instantly warns and bans me, instead of letting another moderator or admin handle the report without bias.

I could forgive the constanly being D and T but outright banning a guy for calling you out for doing that shit and playing better than you is just insane.

What Server(s) Was This On?: TTT minecraft

Evidence: I cant check the logs because I have been banned. Once im no longer banned I can provide some evidence and the guy that was with me can back me up once i can get his name

I think i know what happened, i didn't see you (probably different username) but i was handling a report when this happened and when i died i finished the report. It was the guys last chance before a ban so that could be what happened. I haven't banned anyone personally today or for a while actually. Hello Pieter,
after looking at the report, looking at your rapsheet and talking with bampot and ross I decided to deny this. Bampot cant set himself as a Traitor nor can he set himself as Detective (First off he doesnt have acces to it and second its disabled to my knowledge on the server). The reasoning behind killing bampot as well is not applying with the current rules of TTT (Even if he was innocent he wasnt allowed to join in the gunfight, as this is against the roles), after that you tried telling us that bampot handled his own report and then banned you afterwards which is again a lie. Ross both punished you and banned you afterwards for having to many recent punishments after a recent ban.

I would recommend you to read the Rules again and then come back to the server after the ban.
