What Did The Staff Member(s) do?: Falsely reported (by bbno$) which led to a false autoslay (by Zinnful)

What Server(s) Was This On?: TTT

Evidence: Not sure what evidence will work as my reasoning for killing bbno$ was based on the fact that I tested an innocent then he killed them after they got out the tester. Because of this I didn't need to ID the body.

I was a detective and I tested someone. I then gave bbno$ his first warning to test then he killed the innocent. I then killed him obviously. He reports me saying he had validly KOSed the innocent, however it was in voice chat so I didn't hear it. Zinnful then gave me an autoslay but I'm pretty sure this isn't justifiable. Surely I was allowed to kill bbno$ because he didnt type KOS in chat so I didnt hear or see any reasoning.

From reading through your story however I would say Bbno$ did nothing wrong, since he just reported you

I wouldn't say this is a report on BB since he didn't do anything wrong, more on Zinnful's end if at all.
Not being able to hear a KOS made in voice chat is a problem on your end, so even if you didn't hear it the kill was still valid, and he had a valid reason.
Personally I'm on the fence with this one, since Zinnful took all evidence he had, although maybe he could've opened a chat to gather any more evidence, as I know both of you had your reasons.

I explain my side a bit so i saw Shrok Throwing the diamond block away.
Obstructing the diamond block from reaching the furnace is a KOSable offense and i called it out on voice.
We went to the tester and you warned once for testing and then got killed.

surely this should've been titled zinnful abusing power if anything?

Hello hailtothethief! Yes i did warn and slay you. I will split my consensus into 2 parts. Firstly, your response indicated your only reason for killing him was because he didnt test. Evidence from bbno$ showed me you warned once, killed him, then warned twice, maybe to have an excuse. Therefore this was clear RDM.

Secondly, your response doesnt indicate any other reason. Staff are too busy to open chats for every report especially at peak times. Please be more direct in responses. Logs show you killed him the same second he IDs the body. The human body takes more than milliseconds to read (that he was innocent), process, then react. Therefore it seemed like a clear case of joining gunfight. Either way it came across as RDM to me, if other staff disagree then so be it. Thank you and have a nice day!

Clearly that wasnt his intention. The w1 was his first warning clearly. Even to him. Otherwise he wouldnt kill him THEN say w2
