I wouldn't say this is a report on BB since he didn't do anything wrong, more on Zinnful's end if at all.
Not being able to hear a KOS made in voice chat is a problem on your end, so even if you didn't hear it the kill was still valid, and he had a valid reason.
Personally I'm on the fence with this one, since Zinnful took all evidence he had, although maybe he could've opened a chat to gather any more evidence, as I know both of you had your reasons.
