I literally did the same as oxy did; told everyone to stop causing drama and didnt warn them.

Hello Sam the Sausage, I've spoken to Jack and Oxyfoxy respectively and asked for their sides of the story and here's the outcome i've decided to go with. I'll post my outcome regarding the users involved too, this response is mainly focusing on the staff involved.

Jack Bushross
To start off with the first person I spoken to's situation (Jack) I'll start off by covering the things you've claimed he's done wrong in the report. The disrespect part of the report is easy and simple and anyone can see it was in fact disrespect and Jack apologises for doing so, he claimed that it wasn't disrespect because it wasn't OOC or any out of character channel -- which is incorrect.

You also wanted to report him for being bias for not muting his friends for the blatant disrespect, so you put it. I want to say now that after discussing this with Jack he claims he did tell them to stop through other means (Discord) and he claims they did actually stop, I obviously implore you to create a new report if you feel that this is false but provide more evidence. Earlier during the day Jack did actually have to ban a few of his close friends for multiple weeks because they were mass RDMing and I have faith in Jack that he wasn't bias in this current report either.

I have spoken to Jack about the disrespect situation and no further action will be taken.
Oxyfoxy
The Oxy situation is fairly similar to the Jack one except for the disrespect being on a much smaller scale to the point of it being non-existant effectively. This is something said on a regular basis by all users and in this situation is the equivilant of having a marshmallow thrown at your pinky toe and starting to limp. Telling you to "stfu" probably shouldn't have happened at all though and I've told him to be careful what he says in future.

Him saying he'd ban you for causing drama with 0 recents seemed a bit off considering you had no recents but Oxy claims he was mid nuke and wasn't really paying any attention to chat, which also leads me to believe he didn't really check your recents and it was more or less just something said in the heat of the moment. I think if it came down to it the most of a punishment you would have gotten would be a mute and so would everyone else.

No extra action will be taken but Oxyfoxy has been spoken to regarding the slight disrespect. The reason he hadn't stated they should stop is because of them being in Discord, where he did it through voice.
Bobo and PhiLips
They were both asked to stop in Discord by Jack and Oxy and unless they continue this action in the future, no action will be taken on them at this moment. It does however seem to be an on-going thing between your two groups and I expect in the future a similar argument will happen again, in which letting them get off easy will not happen.
