Oxy was standing by while all of this disrespect was going on, he told me over an argument with Jack about the XMAS Launcher that he'd ban me for "causing drama" when I have 0 recents and haven't been warned in almost a month. Oxy always lets his friends do whatever they want on the server, and it's very irritating at times.

Calling a User retarded as a staff member is simply... innapropriate, not to mention on multiple occasions. This is not demote worthy, but someone should definitely talk to Jack regarding this, or meet him better with the staff ethos.

As for Philips and the other guy, i hope that an appropriate punishment will be determined.
