What Did The Staff Member(s) do?: Ignoring multiple rule breaks that happened in front of his eyes, Disrespect, Motivating people to break rules

What Server(s) Was This On?: SSRP S1

Evidence:
I know full well I RDMed him and I accept punishment for that
~Disrespect + Ignoring rulebreaks~

0:24 he sais "Arrest the Fucker" When I Get tased and almost arrested and afterwards he sais it one more time and by that he motivates cops to break NLR to arrest me
Ignores NLR at 0:30
Ignores NLR at 0:45 and I get arrested because of it

Ignores Attempted RDM, then RDM (theese are in one) and another RDM
(There were some misunderstandings at the end and I meant to write he ignored 3 and then 4 rulebreaks)

I know he started 2 days ago because he stated that ( i don't know if it's true or not ) but if he did, I don't want him punished just talked to.

This is not behaviour a staff memeber shoud have and he defintly will get spoken to

Just saying, after you killed him, he respawned, he could've been going to Electric district and posed no threat to you yet you shot him, sure after that he broke NLR but still

I've decided that I will definitely most likely be contacting him to see if he's aware of our policies and our expected behaviour. I'm still handling, if anyone else has got his steam, please inform him that I've sent him a friend request and I'd like for him to respond as soon as possible.
