What Did The Staff Member(s) do?: Hello Zarp Staff i'd like to report head admin Chienman Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:41088847 Punished me for killing him on sus. It was like this:(map: Minecraft...) I saw him coming from ladders near house,after while i heard C4 so i was thinging there's T. And i rembered he came from there. So i killed him and Innocent won then he reported me and handled report adding me 1 slay for killing on SUS. I think there's no rule that says killing T on SUS is Punishable. Degrad him.

Killing on suspicion is not allowed and he is allowed to handle his own reports. Also there is a template for demote requests:

It was RDM since you had no proof of him doing it.

You aren’t allowed to kill someone on suspicion so Chienman was right to slay you.

Killing on suspcion is indeed against the rules, from what you have said so far, Chienman did nothing wrong.

One thing i would like to know is did you know where the c4 was? Like if you knew it was on the ladder where Chienman came up, because if you knew where the C4 was and that he passed it you could kill him for ignoring a C4.

That's the kind of report that makes me regret being patient while staffing.

Seeing your report here, plus the response you gave me IG, it is pretty clear that you thought that I planted the C4. You did not see me planting it.

For the forth time in a row, please read the rules. Killing on suspicion is not allowed.

As previously stated, Killing on Suspicion is against the rules and you must use the format that's been provided if you wish this to go any further. Ultimately, when it comes to Killing on Suspicion it can be rather difficult to rightfully determine whether or not Chienman was in the wrong for his actions made against you.
However, he never issued you a warning and rather to be kind he had only issued you a slay for what you had done.

I would highly suggest you provide a video as evidence if you really want anything more to be done, but from what was stated on your part and Chienman's part, it does sound like you did in fact kill on suspicion, despite that I assume the C4 was underneath the dirt block right next to the ladder and Chienman had just recently just gone up the ladder and didn't make any notice of it. Call it what you would like, but that is killing on suspicion as you made the assumption he was the one who planted it simply because you saw him come from the general area.

Again, without video evidence of exactly what happened, it's rather difficult to say what the final verdict of this should be.

2.1 Random Death Match
Any player without valid reasoning cannot kill another player, appropriate reasoning to kill the player is needed. This is otherwise known as RDM (Random Death Match). One example would be killing on suspicion, but you can find more examples of possible RDM at rules 2.5 and 2.6.

From your description of what happened you also did not see who planted the C4 so you assumed it was Chienman just because he came from a common C4 spot, by assuming and killing based on it you are killing on suspicion which rule 2.1 defines as RDM so the punishment is valid



Edit: In addition as Bezzy pointed out there is no evidence for or against your report and so it comes to your word against his and personally I am more inclined to trust a Head Admin who I know is very capable.

I have edited the correct template in for you, all you have to do now add some video evidence of exactly what happened by pressing the “edit” button, then this may be handled.
