Someone called you a cunt and he didn't punish for it? To me it sounds like a verbal would be effective in this situation. But this should be a report on the user and I don't really see what you're reporting strann1y for?

I punished him for ARDM (warn + autoslay) cause he killed guys with a reason ( you poisoned me from tower). Its false, it was another guys so he started shoot him

While for the most part if someone is being disrespectful in a report it is best to not open a chat(cus likely they will continue to be disrespectful), depending on the situation it might have been necessary to find out the full situation for the report. If you were using the report system to contact staff it would probably be best to just use admin chat, however if they just ignore you then yeah maybe try report them. His attitude does need improving tho, he should remain respectful to users and not call them a baby, i have already warned him that he needs to be a bit more mature.

The thing he said in the last screenshot shouldn’t be coming from any staff member, so he should be at least spoken to about the way he speaks to users.

All the evidence shows is you threatening to report him for his staffing abilities, threatening to go to Raeker, etc etc. I have yet to see evidence of him "threatening to warn" you for trying to contact him. In your evidence you show that you are false reporting both him and another user to try to contact him, rather than using admin chat "@". Only bad thing he did in these screenshots is call you a "baby" which is hardly offensive.
