While for the most part if someone is being disrespectful in a report it is best to not open a chat(cus likely they will continue to be disrespectful), depending on the situation it might have been necessary to find out the full situation for the report. If you were using the report system to contact staff it would probably be best to just use admin chat, however if they just ignore you then yeah maybe try report them. His attitude does need improving tho, he should remain respectful to users and not call them a baby, i have already warned him that he needs to be a bit more mature.
