What Did The Staff Member(s) do?: So, i get that they are in the meeting but someone was trolling and constantly rdming me. I got pissed of because i had to wait 30 mins to actually play again. After we had alot of arguing going on he decided to kick me. At first i asked him nicely (When he wasn't afk) if he could do something about the rdmer. No replies. Later then he said: "Im only moderating the chat currently" and gave me a mute for disrespecting (I have to admit that i did say retarded admins). When i kept asking him to do something about it he actually said: "Warning him doesn't get you respawned haha" which got me even more pissed. After that an user called me cunt and xeronise typed ^^ in chat which means he agreed with it. Then i basically said, so you can disrespect me but i can't disrespect you? You're the admin here... And then when he finally banned the guy, i tried to calm down and explain him that i got pissed of because i couldn't play 30 mins because of the rdming. Xeronise couldn't take it anymore and said a few times "I can't take this guy anymore" and decided to kick me

I do admit that my attitude was horrible. But ask yourself.... If you get rdmed 3 times by the same guy just to troll and rdm while almost every user says stuff needs to be done, and the admin doesn't even try to help you, you would probably get pissed of aswell.

Can you not get it into your head that we are in the meeting and I didnt see the guy rdming you? I asked for a video but you didnt give a proper answer so what do you want me to do? I spectated the guy from that point on and when he mass rdmed as warden I banned him, what more could you possibly want. You were being such an asshole in chat and disrupting everyones gameplay by causing such a scene I had to kick you.

I understand your frustration but you should try to be calm, breaking rules when someone is breaking rules only makes the situation worse and makes it harder for staff to deal with it. From what it looks like Xeronise was clearly busy with something and was unable to give you and the rulebreakers his full attention. As you said in the report your attitude seemed very aggressive and uncompromising, as a result I assume that Xeronise's punishments and responses to you were made in an attempt to calm you down and the situation with it.

All in all I think you should cut him some slack, if he apologises and you aplogise I see no reason why this can't be handled in a friendly manner.

I don’t know why you even thought you should post them screenshots because all it is showing is your absolutely appalling attitude that you keep along all of the ZARP servers. Considering the way you spoke and disrespected him and everyone else on the server, while causing a huge disruption, I don’t want to see anything go further with this report. I have no clue how you are actually staff on a server with that attitude.

Hello Robbin, Thanks for making this report. I am Sorry for taking some time to reply to this report. I am here to tell you that this report has been denied.

After speaking with Xeronise We went through the screenshots and came to a decision to deny this. In this screenshots it is seen you calling the staff members "retarded" is disrespectful and thats why you were muted. When it came to Xeronise agreeing to someone that you are a "cunt" , it is clear that he was wrong there, However, You were being extremely rude and kind of spamming chat for Xeronise to help you out. Last Night Xeronise was in the meeting and actually paying attention to the meeting so he was busy at the time on this situation. He was not able to help you at the time. However after the meeting or during a break, He asked in chat for video evidence (which is clear in your screenshots) and then you started to go on about Xeronise sending you a video for no reason at all.

I have spoken to Xeronise and We have decided to remove your kick off your rapsheet, however, the chat mute is staying. Also due to you also telling someone to "kys" is also not a good thing.

At the end of the day Xeronise was busy trying to pay attention to the staff meeting last night and there wasn't really a need to make this report, I have spoken to him about agreeing that you are a "cunt" and have reminded him that it is not a great thing to do on the server as it makes him look bad, he only agreed due to the fact that you were being horrible to the staff members on the server at the time when you could of easily made a video and posted a report on the user on the forums for the staff to deal with after the meeting or when they are free to deal with it.
