I understand your frustration but you should try to be calm, breaking rules when someone is breaking rules only makes the situation worse and makes it harder for staff to deal with it. From what it looks like Xeronise was clearly busy with something and was unable to give you and the rulebreakers his full attention. As you said in the report your attitude seemed very aggressive and uncompromising, as a result I assume that Xeronise's punishments and responses to you were made in an attempt to calm you down and the situation with it.

All in all I think you should cut him some slack, if he apologises and you aplogise I see no reason why this can't be handled in a friendly manner.
