Harassed me, Lying , False claiming without speaking to me and actually having evidence.

Story
Well it all started off when a ex-member of the community claimed I leaked the Surf gamemode files. Which I never did and it ended up being someone else.

As seen in the images below Tyler called me multiple of times on my phone, in which he was never given permission to call me once. Tyler has randomly called me many times for no reason at all as well.

In the images seen below you can see Tyler call me multiple times and claim I leaked the files. He also completely lied about having some sort of screenshots in which he had already seen to try get me to admit to complete bullshit so that he could demote me or something. He claimed multiple of times that I was lying and it was me who leaked the Surf gamemode. Tyler ended up having zero proof of this “leaking the files” and straight up lied to me. He never once questioned me about it to talk about it or ask me nicely to try sort it out, he only confronted me basically in these whatsapp messages and harassed me by calling me many times.

Tyler still to this day has no apologized to me for his actions he has done. Tyler straight up claimed it was me and this was not fair in any way what so ever and I felt harassed by him for doing this. Tyler never once questioned or talked to anyone else about this but me and started to spread around rumors of me leaking the server files.

This behavior from a community manager is unacceptable and should not be accepted. The fact that he never once apologized to be and claimed to the rest of the community team that he did.

Tyler has done this sort of things many many times within the community and has done worse than this to other community members.

I'm not saying you did, even if I were to give Tyler the benefit of doubt, his side doesn't add up to me.

When I’m next on my pc I can also go through his deleted posts on the forums of his attitude towards the players in the community. Also many members of the community can state themselves they have had similar issues of him calling users in the community pretending to be someone else.

Why was a DR needed when other members of the CM team already know everything from what you told them earlier? I feel like this is just only being posted to cause havoc on the forums when it's already being handled. Not trying to excuse Tyler's behaviour but this just doesn't make anyone look good. The situation is a cluster fuck, should he of lied no did he need to figure it out and where lies justified debatable also when has i have screenshots of you doing it ever worked, I think he had the right to call you leaking code can be a serious problem and he had to talk to someone to figure it out i think if you would of answered you would of seemed less like you leaked it.

A demote request shows interest in action being taken as if it is just left with people knowing about it they may not be aware of the issue at hand. The whole purpose of a demote request is to show that actions are unacceptable and to be transparent with the wrong doings of a high up staff member.

I can understand where you're coming from... but like was this demote request actually necessary? You're a LT member with plenty of ways to get in contact with the other CMs, I feel like this is more for drama than anything. We both know you know better and can do better. Yes it was worth, continuing on what max said, it brings the matter to light to ensure something will be done about it, and that people know it about, so it’s not just handed privately and hidden behind the scenes.

Just to be clear the whole point of a demote request is to hold someone accountable for wrong doings and report them. All though the CM team may be aware of the actions his post shows interest in holding said person accountable. Does that give him the right to call me multiple of times framing me without getting zero proof for the user to said it was me?? No it does not at all, he should of handled this situation way more respectfully and treated me the way any community member/staff should be treated and handle it in a more mature way.
